Rio is the founder and director of Change Buyers Agency, bringing over a decade of real estate experience and an unmatched knowledge of the Central Coast market. Her passion for property spans architecture, design, investment strategy, and renovation — giving her clients a trained eye that goes well beyond the standard buyer’s agent brief.
Known for her calm, humble approach and relentless work ethic, Rio takes the time to understand not just what her clients want today, but where they want to be long-term. She has guided first home buyers, Sydney relocators, and seasoned investors alike — and her process is always the same: listen carefully, research thoroughly, and negotiate hard on behalf of the people who trust her.

Harrison brings a grounded, people first approach to his role at Change, driven by a clear purpose; to even the playing field for property buyers. After years in real estate sales, he saw firsthand how often buyers were facing experienced selling agents without guidance. He would notice the common feeling of overwhelm, underprepared, and without anyone truly in their corner. That’s what pushed him to step towards a role which advocates for them.
As lifelong coastie, Harrison grew up in Lisarow and has spent the past 30 plus years living and breathing the Central Coast. What he loves most about the area is its strong sense of community! It’s a place where you’re always likely to run into a familiar face, a place where the people are warm, easygoing, and focused on building a happy future.
With four years’ experience as a sales agent, alongside a strong background in customer-facing roles, Harrison has developed a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He understands how to read situations, communicate clearly, and build trust—skills that are invaluable when navigating the property market.
